- We deliver to all postal codes in India and U.S.A. Hence, we request you to provide your complete address with the pincode. We do strive to deliver products purchased from Tvis and Bliss in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Note that the shipping costs are not included in the item's price. Only fair and transparent shipping rates are used by us and due to certain regulatory restrictions, there is no Cash on Delivery option as of now.
- Our courier partners will attempt two times to deliver the product and for any failed deliveries, the customer will have to pick up the item from courier's office. Please be aware that all shipments to any
office/schools/collges/hotels are placed at customer's risk. If the management there does not accept the package or it is refused for any reason, Tvis and Bliss will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall there be a re-shipment of the same order.
- All the shipments that we issue are insured fully at no extra cost to our customers. If a shipment is failed to be delivered, customer will not incur any loss. However, Tvis and Bliss is not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged packages after being left at the address post customer's consent. If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 working days in order to reprocess the order depending upon the product's availability.
- Any change in address of the shipment can be requested only before the status is changed to Dispatched in the Order Status. Once an order is dispatched, its status can be tracked through Track Order link in the website and Tracking URL.
- International shipping and handling rates are based on the size and weight of the order which are found on the item details page. To match up the policies of our shipping partners, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
Returns, Exchange and Cancellation
We, at Tvis and Bliss intend to make your shopping experience as exciting and seamless as possible during your selection and buying process. Despite our best efforts to make our customers happy, a few inevitable situations may arise to return the product for which we have listed our cancellation policy below:
- Our Returns and Exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Tvis and Bliss for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.
- There are two ways to return the product to us:
Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, you can avail any trusted courier service to send the product back to us.
- During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. Refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you.
- Normally an order once placed cannot be cancelled by the buyer. However, in a rare case of we accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the money transaction charges like bank charges, Exchange rate fluctuation etc.If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount excluding any shipping charges. Order, for any genuine reason, can be returned to us via our courier partner pickup or self-ship by the customer.
